Requirements for manager in the construction engineering

This diploma thesis is focused to requirements for manager in the construction engineering. The theoretical part briefly describes the management and its role in the construction. After that, the work devotes itself to the requirements, functions and techniques of construction manager. The empirical part is looking into the establishment of hypotheses which were either confirmed or disproved in a questionnaire research, concentrated on construction companies and senior students in the field of Management building at the Faculty of Civil Engineering. One of the empirical part is analysis of jobs as a manager in the construction industry. This research is enriched by guided interviews, which is followed by conclusions and subsequent recommendations for both civil society, students and also for the faculty.
Causal analysis of control programs errors

This Bachelor`s thesis concerns with the process of fault detection in software programs. It contains hierarchically organized typology of software errors, gained by research of available literature and analysis of events responsible for influencing the software errors evolution gathered into a typology of factors inspired by cognitive psychology. It contains also comparison of software evolution techniques and methodologies from the point of product validation and verification. The Bachelor`s thesis was written with respect to needs and requests of the commissioning company focusing on the Voice over IP (VoIP) software evolution. The thesis aims to suggest modifications of software errors database and error causes database.

The bachelor's thesis entitled "Participatory game in art education (revitalizing the phenomenon of postcard)" aims to explain the essence of postal correspondence and at the same time reminds the importance of the written text, which is currently losing its value. The theoretical part of the work examines the historical background of postcards, follows their development and the processes associated with their production, including various reproduction techniques. It also focuses on the key terminology in the industry as well as on the important postcards themselves, artists, graphic artists and collectors. At the same time, it presents the leading projects related to postcards and marginally mentions the related medium, which is the postage stamp. The practical, research part of the work includes the idea of making a postcard machine, which would allow convenient purchase and immediate sending of postcards from a specific place. People would have the opportunity to choose from a certain number of curated postcard collections, the main essence of which would be to authentically capture the spirit of the given locality. Field Social Work With the Family in Non-state Non-profit Organizations

The bachelor thesis deals with field social work with families working in non-profit organizations. The aim of the thesis is to find out what are the most common problems families contact social workers with in field social work and consequently, what methods and techniques are most often used by social workers to solve problems in field social work with families. In the bachelor's thesis, the question "What methods and techniques are most often used by social workers in field social work?" was established. A qualitative research strategy was chosen to meet the above objectives. A purposive sampling method was used within the research population, which consisted of 8 social workers engaged in field social work with families. The data was collected by using questionnaire method and semi-structured interview technique which was then evaluated usnig open coding. After processing, a total of 9 categories emerged: client encounter, usual client, main problems of clients, most common topics, methods and techniques of field social workers, working with the client, problem solving and charge in the use of techniques and methods. The categories were created based on the recurring statements of informants. The research found that the most common family problems are housing, unemployment, debt and finances. It was also found that the most commonly used methods of social workers working with families in social work fieldwork are working with the individual and the family, as well as social counselling, accompaniment and contact mediation. Among the techniques most frequently mentioned were interview, observation, support and active listening. This bachelor's thesis may be beneficial for students of social work who wish to study te problems of families contacting social workers or the methods and techniques used by social workers in field social work with families.
Specifika práce s agresí klientek umístěných ve výchovném ústavu

The diploma thesis deals with the specifics of working with the aggression of clients placed in an educational institution. The goal of the work was to find out what specific manifestations of aggression can meet the employees of the educational institution. Another goal of this diploma thesis was to define how employees works with the manifestations of aggression. I have mainly focused on the used methods and techniques in working with the aggressor which are, used in institution working with clients aged from 15 to 18 years, in exceptional cases to 19 years. The theoretical part tries to combine the individual chapters and introduce the reader to the knowledge that aggressive behavior are already common throughout our society. The practical part of the diploma thesis is focused on answering the main and partial questions. The qualitative research strategy was chosen for the research, which was implemented by the method of questioning with the technique of semi-standardized interview. The collected data were analyzed using open coding. The research group consisted of 7 communication partners in a selected educational institution The solution of this thesis provide a preview of the social work methods and techniques used in practice, if these methods and techniques are effective or not, and then provides the preview of most common possible manifestations of aggressive behavior. I believe that this diploma thesis was not only a benefit for the selected facility, but also for myself. I was able to look into this issue and get valuable experience for my future profession.
The influence of divorce on adolescent psychosomatics from a perspective of social workers.

The bachelor's thesis deals with the influence of divorces on adolescent psychosomatics from the perspective of a social worker. Its main goal is to investigate the impact of divorce on adolescent psychosomatics from the perspective of a social worker. In accordance with the goal, two main research questions were stated as following: What is the influence of a divorce on adolescent psychosomatics? What techniques and methodologies are applied by child protection service workers while discovering the psychosomatic symptomps on adolescents? The theoretical part is aimed at family, divorce, adolescent psychosomatics and its prevention. This part also includes social work with a divorcing family, methods and techniques applied by social workers and the general information on child protection services and the Authority of Social and Legal Protection of Children. The empirical part describes the methodology, provides the answers of interviewees and summarizes the outputs of the analyzed data. The quantitative research method called snow ball was chosen to guarantee the appropriate selection of interviewees. The interviewed group consists of nine subjects employed at the child protection services. As gathering research methods, a semi-structured interview and a survey were implemented. An open coding method was used to conclude the results of the research. This research shows that divorce has an impact on adolescent psychosomatics from the perspective of social workers. The social workers are familiar with these problematics and apply the methods of social working with individuals and families. The most commonly applied methods are guided or semi-structural interviews during which the clients are provided with supervision or addressed to contact professional help.
